Here's how to get yourself set up:

	Set up your conference call line. Here is the link where you can set up a line with up to 100 people on it for FREE! Everyone who calls in to this service pays ONLY their regular long-distance charges for the minutes they are on the call. Click on the audio below and then click on the link below that. 	Set up your call recording service. I have used the same service to record over 100 interviews and conference calls. You can try the service for FREE for the first 30 days and cancel at any time. After that, you will be billed $19.95/mo for use of the site that allows you record and host your audio. This is the exact same service I use to put together the audio you see here on this page. Here is how to get yourself set up: 1. Click on to the following link http://www.audioacrobat.com Click on "Free Trial" Enter Your Billing Information Select a Username and Password Click on "Basic Plan" Check off the box that says, "Yes, I have read, understand, and agree to the Terms of Service." Fill in your Credit Card Information Click on "Go To Confirmation"
3-Way Calling - In order to record a call you will need to have 3-Way Calling set up on your phone line. This is arranged through who ever you have your phone plan set up through.
	Log In using your Username and Password You will receive the link to Log In and a confirmation that you have signed up in your e-mail as well as be redirected by the site. Listen to the audio below and it will guide you through how to use the site and record a call:

Log In

Click on "Yes"

Select "Audio"

Select "Create New Audio"

Select "Record By Phone"

	Dial your conference call line (that you set up with www.FreeConferenceCall.com) and enter your moderator PIN. Remember, when you are the moderator use star* not pound#.
	When you are ready to record the call, let those on the line know that you will be gone momentarily to set up the recording and hit your "Flash" button
	Dial your Audio Acrobat Call In Number and enter your PIN. Select "3" in order to record a telephone interview or conference call.
	Hit your "Flash" button again when you are instructed to do so by the Audio Acrobat prompt and you will be back with your conference group and will hear a beep-beep. Everything after that double beep will be recorded.
	You can stop the recording and keep going with the call simply by hitting the "Flash" button again. This will drop your second line, the one you called into Audio Acrobat with.

Dial your Call In and Pin Number, then select "3" using your touch-tone phone.

E-MAILING THE RECORDING

Log In if you're not logged in.

Click on "Audio"

Press the Play Button next to New Audio Recording

Press "Pause" once you have confirmed it is the audio you want to work with.

Click on "New Audio Recording"

Click on "Edit Description"

Click on "Edit Description" and change the name of your Audio before you click on "Save Changes Now"

Click on "Publish Audio"

Click on "Publish for Email"

Select the text under "Text Only Link"

Copy and Paste it into an E-mail and send it out to your list.
